RentAHome Associates have been working with Landlords in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead since 1993. We have a matchless understanding of the area. This is particularly important when assessing the optimum rent level for Landlords. Rent for the same type of property will vary depending on location. With our help, Landlords can gain an economic rent in tune with market conditions. This market rent appraisal is a free service.
2. Tenant Checks – Finding the Right Tenant
Finding a tenant is one thing. Finding the right kind of tenant who will honour the Tenancy Agreement with consideration is another. All prospective tenants are extensively referenced and credit checked in advance of your personal approval.
3. Marketing Support – Showcasing your Property
Your property will be featured on our website, supported by local press advertising and presented to our database of clients looking for a property just like yours. Additionally, your property will be placed on the wider Internet property portals of PropertyFinder.com , Findaproperty.com and Globrix.com
Our 4 Service Options
All Landlords are not the same. RentAHome Associates has developed 4 service levels to suit different demands. Each level is charged according to the degree of our involvement.
1. The Complete Service – Total Property Management
This level is one where the Landlord receives total support for their property to include:
- Property Marketing
- Tenant Viewings
- Tenant Vetting
- Preparing Property Inventory
- Preparing Tenancy Agreements
- Property Maintenance Management
- Collecting Damage Deposits
- Collecting and Processing Rent
- Tenancy Renewal
- Overseeing Tenancy Completion
- Ongoing Property Inspections
2. Letting & Rent Collection
This second level of service is where the Landlord undertakes to perform certain responsibilities directly. In practice, this may be attending to maintenance issues, property inspections and preparing and checking the property inventory.
The elements included in the Letting & Rent Collection would be:
- Property Marketing
- Finding a Tenant
- Vetting the Tenant
- Preparing Tenancy Agreements
- Collecting the Damage Deposit
- Collecting Rent
- Tenancy Renewal
- Finding a New Tenant
Ongoing management of the Tenancy will be the responsibility of the Landlord
3. Letting Only
This level of service would include:
- Property Marketing
- Tenant Viewings
- Tenant Vetting
- Preparing the Tenancy Agreement
- Collection of only the Damage Deposit & First Months Rent
Ongoing management and of the Tenancy and rent collection will be the responsibility of the Landlord.
4. Introduction Only – Advertise your Property
At this level, a fixed fee is paid to advertise the Landlord’s property on the RentAHome Associates website. All other duties are performed directly with any responding Tenant by the Landlord. Please click here to Advertise Your Property
